The salary scales have been increased in keeping with the Consumer Price Index adjustment clause (2026). Our calculation tool will be updated to reflect this new data.

Reimbursement of dues

Professional dues Reimbursement of 50% of dues for a professional order for employees with a full-time position that requires membership in a professional order.

Please note that premiums apply when the 2023-2028 collective agreement comes into force. Certain premiums are not included in the simulator, for example, responsibility premiums and premiums for institutions that operate 24/7.


* The 6.5% retention premium for psychologists applies when the employee works the total number of hours stipulated per week for their job title.
