Letter or agreement no9 - Regarding the list of medical arbitrators provided in article 30 of the collective agreement

The parties may meet as needed, through the CPNSSS (management bargaining committee for the health and social services sector) on the one hand and the Alliance du personnel professionnel et technique de la santé et des services sociaux (APTS) on the other, to amend the list of medical arbitrators provided in 30.29 3) of the collective agreement.
