Letter or agreement no5 - Regarding the creation of a provincial committee on workload

Within ninety (90) days following the date on which the collective agreement comes into force, the parties set up a provincial committee on employee workload.

MANDATE

The committee has the following mandate:

  1. Within twelve (12) months of the committee’s creation, to follow up with relevant bodies in order to draw up a list of any tools they may have developed to help manage workload.
  2. To analyze these tools and identify best practices.
  3. To make recommendations as needed to the relevant bodies.

COMPOSITION

The committee consists of three (3) representatives for the employer side and three (3) representatives for the union side. Each party may call in a resource person periodically.
